1. Shipping Locations
We deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Delivery Timeline
- Order Processing: 1–2 business days
- Delivery: 3–7 business days based on location
- Shipping Days: Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays)
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external conditions.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on orders above ₹999
- Standard charges apply below ₹999 and are shown during checkout
4. Order Tracking
After dispatch, you’ll receive a confirmation message with tracking details and a courier link. Contact us if you don’t receive tracking info within 48 hours.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned and re-delivery charges may be applied.
6. Address Accuracy
Ensure your shipping details are accurate. Devam Healthcare is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address input.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
Report any damage, tampering, or missing items within 24–48 hours of receiving the shipment. We may ask for photos or video for quick resolution.
