This Returns & Refund Policy explains the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are processed.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Product must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • Product must be returned with the original invoice.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products.
  • Items from special offers or combos (unless faulty).
  • Customized Ayurvedic products.
  • Free gifts or samples.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Note: Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the error is ours.

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may request photos or videos as proof. Valid claims will be fully refunded or replaced at no cost to you.

6. Cancellations
